CLASSES IN BELLY DANCE
Come and shimmie yourself fitter and happier, strengthen your core muscles, tone up and also excercise your giggle muscles.With a mix of Belly dance Styles (International)
(Props provided including, Saiidi Stick /Veil/Wings of Isis/Zils, Coin belts, ribbons, Fans etc)
Classes include, Warm up, Indidvidual steps, unique fun Combinations and dances, that build each week into a performance piece. (please note performance is optional NEVER compulsory ! ) You only need to come wearing comfy clothes (no jeans) bare feet or ballet slippers and you are good to go !..There are opportunities to dance to real audiences and also ladies only nights out for food and fun and of course BELLY DANCE !
CLASSES IN BELLYFIT (find and build your core muscles !)
Increase your general fitness, tone up, increase your stamina, have fun! First 20 minutes you are taught Belly Dance moves, then routines which will be rotated weekly, some challenging on the core muscles (for posture and back support), some high energy (for heart and lungs), some flowing and graceful, (for co-ordination and ballance.)
Due to other Bellydancing commitments, all classes except the ones below are currently suspended.

SPORT-IN-DESFORD, Peckleton lane Desford. Upstairs in the dance studio
(or those with previous dance experience in any genre ballet/Salsa/Jazz etc who like to get in the deep end !)
£4 per session pay as you go. (ongoing classes each week)
Followed by student performers workshop 8-9pm
